Program Update
This semester, our Spanish classes were offered exclusively through workplace partnerships. However, due to strong interest, we are exploring reopening our community classes.

Learning Spanish is a valuable skill for communication, connection, and opportunity. We are currently gathering names of interested participants and will soon host a brief online information session with details on schedule, levels, and format.

Spanish Classes
Our Spanish Language Program is designed for community members, college students, and working professionals who want to learn Spanish while exploring Latino and Hispanic cultures. Our curriculum is tailored to meet your individual learning goals, whether you're starting from scratch or looking to improve your fluency.​
Our classes and volunteer support
We offer a balanced approach with both grammar and vocabulary-focused classes, as well as conversation classes. You'll have the opportunity to practice with native Spanish-speaking volunteers who join us as in-class conversation partners. Classes typically follow the academic calendar, running during the fall and spring semesters.
A unique experience with a purpose
We keep our class sizes small (between 10-16 students) to ensure an engaging and personalized experience for everyone. All of our instructors bring a wealth of experience in education and a deep passion for language and cultural exchange. Best of all, your tuition directly supports our organization, helping us continue to provide free English and GED classes to members of the Athens community.
