Sarah Cohen

Sarah Cohen holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs with a minor in Spanish from the University of Georgia. She brings a strong background in cross-cultural engagement, shaped by her Latin American heritage and her time living in Honduras, the Dominican Republic, and Peru; experiences that fuel her passion for supporting the Latino and Hispanic community. She has taught in diverse settings, from serving as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Valencia in Spain to her current role as an ESL and GED instructor at Casa de Amistad, where she is dedicated to empowering the community through education. Sarah is thrilled to join the team and looks forward to bringing both dedication and a global perspective to her work in adult education.
